Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

These guys do great work. Had a clogged drain and they fixed it up in no time. Nick and Omar got the job done no problem.

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!
