Best Plumbing Inspection in Fort Worth TX

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

Very honest top quality work

Our hot water heater was 19 years old and dying a slow and painful death. We went from having hot water to water that was no better than luke warm in about a 2 week period. I was forced to take cold showers in the Army and was not having it. I looked online for a plumber that had a good rating and was lucky to find Clearwater. They earned every bit of their 5 stars.I called in one afternoon and scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 5 pm the next day. Paul, the tech, called me at 305pm to tell me he was on his way and about 20 minutes out. He showed up, was professional, thorough and didn't have a hint of the proverbial plumber's crack. He checked the water heater and our water pressure and gave me three strong options at very reasonable prices. After deciding just to replace the old piece of junk, he told me that he could be back out the next morning to do the job.The only hiccup we had was a call I received from Vic right after Paul left saying that they were booked solid the next day. Unfortunately we were leaving on a Spring Break trip that evening and wouldn't be back. Vic worked some sort of magic and was able to get Paul scheduled for the job the next day as promised.Paul and his apprentice showed up on time the next morning and were in and out in no time. They got me fixed, up to code and the hot water flowing again.I'm sure I could have paid someone a couple of bucks less to do the job but I wouldn't have received the level of service that I did. Clearwater Plumbers is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have them back in a few months to add a water pressure booster to my system so that the hot water can literally just blast the dirt off of my kids.Thanks Paul. Tyler was very upfront, professional, and easy to welcome in to our home. I did think the price was a touch steep for the scope of work. That said from online scheduling to work completed in less than 4 hours and a guarantee on labor I am satisfied.

They had to dig in my yard and were very careful not to destroy my grass in the process and put everything back the way they found it. Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! On a scale of 1 to 5, this company gets a 10. When no one else could get there or get the job done this company did. The owner took my call at 10pm, listened to my long story about the pool contractor that ripped my sewer line out while doing a 2 foot dig for a pool. He was there first thing in the morning at 9am and done by 4pm. They rerouted my entire line, fixed several things that they didn't even have to and provided excellent service throughout. The customer service at this company was excellent and the workers were professional, clean cut and polite. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Lone Star came out in response to our America Home Shield claim and they were fantastic. We had an unusual problem of hot water coming out our cold taps. Two other plumbing companies were stumped and declined to even try, but not Lone star. They worked for two days diagnosing and trying different solutions. They never once complained or treated us differently then a typical client. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication to completing the job. Both Kevin and Jose were great to work with and did a wonderful job. Thanks again guys.
