Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I had a deep drain grease clog I couldn't clear myself, so I did some research and chose Mr. Rooter. They sent a technician, Kelvin, who successfully cleared the clog. I made the right choice; it was totally worth the cost! Thanks again Kelvin!! (If you see this)

They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and took their time to make sure the work was done right. When we could not get anyone to come out they squeezed us in, greatly appreciated.

So, I called this place few weeks ago. I asked if they were familiar with my toilet system. They asked around their office and said they were. When the plumber showed up he said I need to replace some items and the initial number was like 400 dollars. Then immediately recommended I replace the whole toilet. Then comes back a few minutes later and says he recommends replacing all five of my toilets (like 4K in cost). Kept saying he wasn’t up selling just recommending. It was weird so I called the manufacturer of my toilet system and they were like you have 10 yr warranty and we will mail you the parts it’s pretty easy to fix. It took me 10 minutes to fix it with no cost. I called their manager to complain and never heard a response. Thus my complaint.

Called and left messages 3 times with the service within 24 hours and no return call. Was a water heater emergency. Nothing. They had done work one week earlier for a different issue so I called them first. Sorry that I did.

Corey and his Apprentice, Garrett, were very professional and clearly explained what they found, tested and repaired. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. It is important to note, that Plumbers only fix the plumbing issue, they don’t put your wall back together. Any sheetrock repair/replacement is on the customer to take care of.

My faucet had been leaking - we scheduled an appointment, no problem. Jessica on the phone is lovely to work with. Unfortunately our situation escalated, I called back and they sent a crew out within 40 min to replace our faucet. The technicians were professional, efficient, and polite. I called this morning at 7 am because my tub was constantly dripping water. Kristy the office manager was so kind and said she could get someone to my house between 12-5. She then called me at 10 and said they could come earlier if it worked for me. Richard and Ashton did an amazing job. They walked in and as soon as I explained what was going on they knew exactly what the problem was. They quoted me a very reasonable price and fixed my leak. Great customer service from start to finish!
