Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

I have used Royal Flush several times for plumbing repairs during the last 7 years. Each time I call Desmond he's been very prompt and courteous to come out and give me a reasonable price since it usually involves pipes having to be replaced. I had a couple of leaks 1 @ water meter the other under my driveway. Great job on not having to completely tear up driveway. He goes above and beyond to work with you. Highly recommend them and be sure to ask for Desmond.

I needed a hydrostatic sewer test as well as a static line test in order to transfer my foundation warranty from the previous owners of my home. Roy and Max with Delta 1 were able to get me on the schedule the same day I called. Very professional guys, and definitely knew what they were doing. Very well priced, and if---WHEN--- I have another plumbing project needing done, I won't hesitate to call on them again.

The technicians are very courteous and thorough in their work. I call them for everything in the house-A/C, heating, plumbing, gas problems. We just signed up for a bi-annual A/C and heating system check.
And we just had a new A/C unit installed. Works so well in this heat!

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse our manager got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.
