Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

Only company to immediately answer the phone without rerouting me when I had an emergency slab leak on a Saturday. Their service tech Mo came out quickly, figured out the problem and was on the phone arranging diggers for a Sunday to expose the leak for repair and recommending a great water damage restoration service. So kind, reassuring, and professional - and on top of that reasonably priced!

Clear Water Plumbers were fast and very professional. We called on a Tuesday morning and they were out later that afternoon. They fixed our issues quickly and the price was very reasonable. There was no hard selling of any additional services. They even had helpful suggestions of things we needed to look out for. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

Called All Needz to have a gas line installed for a range. They did a great job, but when we installed the range we discovered the it didn’t slide back all the way due to the line. We called All Needz to let them know and they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue at no additional charge. Justin was friendly, responsive, and more than willing to ensure the job was done right. Great service!!

Robert, Javier and Jay were very professional, arrived on time and repairs were timely quick. A leak inside the closet wall occurred, they went beyond and replaced water line then sheet rocked .
Heater working, even repaired a sink.

Lots of issues here with the quality of this company. Showed up late, I received an invoice 30 days after the service telling me all the things that were wrong... and then stating there is a $45 late fee for not paying within 30 days. The plumber never fixed what he was asked to do. I got no communication on the repairs at all until I got the invoice. They said they had to get rid of that plumber. They have $12.50 fee for fuel charge. They charge 3.5% for using a credit card. Charge a $1 city tax fee? Then on top of that the plumber sat in the driveway and charge an extra 7 minutes to type up notes which equated to round up the fees to 1.25 hours instead of 1, an extra $38.50. Instead of making it right they argue with you over email. Not using this company ever again.

Omar did a fantastic job with the plumbing repairs at my house this past week. He was excellent at explaining himself and he kept me informed along the way. We have had pretty negative experiences with the plumbers we have used in the past. Omar was so kind and genuine and confident that he could take good care of our plumbing issues. We will definitely be using Royal Flush in the future and certainly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest reliable plumbing company.

We had a new 20 Seer 5 ton variable speed unit installed by Hawk when our original unit went out. The price was fantastic as we got this bigger/better unit for the same price as others were charging for a 16 Seer system! Great value!! We had a few minor issues with the system and Josh in the office sent Junior out promptly to resolve the issues. Everything from initial email/phone communication, to the install, to the follow up communication, to the minor service calls were all handled in a professional manor. Hopefully we don’t need another system anytime soon, but if we do Hawk will be the first phone call. Great company and great people to deal with!

What luck? LOL! My hot water heater bit the dust on Christmas Day. Not many people are working during the holidays and if they are they charge emergency fees to come out. Someone up above was watching out for me. I first googled for plumbers on Sunday afternoon and I found a company called All Valley Plumbing and Rooter. The person who answered my call is named Jonathan Hernandez and he told me he could be out on early morning on Monday and he would have my hot water either repaired or replaced by the end of the of the day. Well, he lived up to his word...I have a new hot water heater and the water is already beginning to get hot. Jonathan owns this company and he is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend ALL VALLEY PLUMBING AND ROOTER.
