Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was so appreciative of the work perform by Mr. Desmond Koontz on 9/10/21! He got the job done quickly. He arrived prepared for any challenge he might encounter with installing a hot water heater. He was so professional and he listen when I had questions & conversed with him.

Our main water line was clogged and the water was rising out of the pipe, I called All Valley and they were at my house within an hour. They were quick, efficient, wore masks, and gave me tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. It was my first time giving them a call, I will definitely call and recommend them in the future.

The plumber was on time, courteous and upbeat, and competent. He fixed two problems during his service call. One of the problems another plumber had told us would be costly but this plumber fixed it quickly and with parts that only cost a few dollars. He also spoke highly of his boss, which is a credit to the management.

The plumber was very polite. They were even able to come earlier, which helped me out. Friendly people - good people. I will use them again. I was expecting a huge bill, but they are reasonable. Highly recommend!

The pipe froze on Christmas Eve (of course) and Cameron was here within 20 minutes of my call for help! He very efficiently fixed the problem and got my water back up and running about 40 minutes after he got here! Super nice and efficient. Definitely in my saved in case of need list!! Highly recommended!

Clayton came out after 9pm and stayed until the drain was cleared. He is very nice and professional. I will use ABC again and will request Clayton if he is available.

Everything was great, and we received fast and honest service. Jeremy was friendly and helpful, and didn’t do anything or charge me for anything I didn’t need. We didn’t want ‘cheap service,’ and we didn’t receive it, so we are happy to pay a professional for their expert knowledge/experience/service. Jeremy was held up by the two previous calls he had, so he wasn’t able to meet the time window; however, I’ve been the customer that took a long time, and I’ve worked for customers that took a long time—some days it just happens that way, so it didn’t bother us that he was held up. We are very happy and will call J Rowe back if we ever need anything.

My leak detection specialist was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He worked diligently to identify my leak and repair it. I went off the reviews and choose this company for my plumbing needs based on the amazing things people were saying. But here is the catch, they charge by the hour and say it includes what's needed for the repair or install, not true. Considering they charge $150 an hour you would think they were experienced in sinks. Well the plumber that worked on two of my bathroom sinks took almost two hours fumbling with a gasket. Then when he finished he stated that he couldn't guarantee his work because he didn't have the right gasket but it's okay for now but to watch it. What?? I was charged labor and parts for two bathroom vessel sinks. Would not recommend this company to anyone!! Complete rip off that I feel ran the clock to get paid.

Texas Plumbing Repair turned up within the hour and fixed my shower in just under 2 hours. Was a tricky job but made easy work of it. Will definitely use again.

I called about having a drain line snaked (I generally have to have it done annually when, like clockwork, the kitchen sink starts backing up). Wes arrived at the scheduled time and gave me free estimates for snaking or hydro-jetting, both at very reasonable prices compared to other quotes I had received in the past. I opted for hydro-jetting to try to fix this recurring problem. Seeing at least 30 years worth of huge, nasty pieces of caked-on grease come out of my line, I've gotta believe that my kitchen drain line will remain clog-free for a lot longer than it has the past. Wes also provided monthly maintenance recommendations to help reduce future grease build-up in the drain line without trying to sell me expensive chemicals available only through licensed plumbers. I will never have plumbing work done again without first calling Direct Source Plumbing.
