I could not be more pleased! Outside faucet was leaking badly after the Texas Winter Storm of 2021. I requested a quote, sent pictures and within an hour they were on the way. If you need last minute plumbing repair, Hildebrant's is definitely who I would recommend. We had called multiple plumbers for kitchen sink and dishwasher leaking and draining issues. Everyone else just did a short glance and wanted to charge us upwards of $1k to do basic repairs, Keith personally came out when all of his other crews were super busy and was able to recommend more in depth observations and repairs for much less than what everyone else was charging. He does take a little bit to do the work but it was quality work and not rushed. We appreciate the last minute availability and will be working with them again if needed.

I needed a couple of ancient faucet cutoff valves replaced. Hildebrant's showed up about an hour after my call to request service, which was waaay faster than I had expected. They had the job done right in under 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, Hildebrant's will be my first call.

I called Hildebrant's after the two other contractors wanted to do major demo a on my floors to fix a leaking pipe .
Rick and Jeremy came out a couple hours after I called. They were here ready to work unlike the other two that looked at it and said they would call me back. They found the leak from the access area between the walls that was there for access to the bathroom plumbing. They had it fixed in 2 hours. It blew me away thinking what I was getting ready to pay the other 2. You literally saved me thousands!

If someone asked me to voice complaints against Hildebrant's, I'd be so silent you could hear a pin drop. Yeah, I'm being sorta hyperbolic, but for real, Hildebrant's is great. But you don't have to take my word for it. Everyone needs a plumber eventually, and when you do, I recommend you call them and see for yourself. Just now that you'll be treating yourself to the strongest plumbers you'll find in Crowley or Fort Worth.

I like to try fixing things on my own, but in my home, whatever it is that happened with my bathroom sink, I just could not fix it and needed to call a plumber. Out of every plumber in Crowley, I opted for calling Hildebrant's, and I feel it was a good call. They were both prompt and reliable, I was highly satisfied.

Russell came out yesterday and repaired the leak in the ac drain. The leak ruined the living room floor. He not only repaired the leak, he went beyond that and also contacted American Water Damsge to come out and give us a free estimate! He called me later to make sure they contacted us. Great service and wonderful company!
We've also had a kitchen drain issue and Lyle came out. He is very professional and a very nice man.
It's nice to know that there are still good people out there. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

I found a plumber for life! I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Hildebrant's Plumbing Repair, in Crowley, TX. When my shower faucet wouldn't stop leaking, even after my son replaced the shower head, I had to find professional help to remedy the problem.

As most of you can relate, choosing a service without recommendations can be scary and unnerving. However, my fears were put to rest once I spoke with Tyler Hildebrant on the phone about my problem, and the fact that I was working with a limited income. He listened and explained that I would be given an upfront cost once the problem was diagnosed. A few hours later, the company owner, Keith Hildebrant, came out and made the repair for me. He also corrected the same issue with the tub in the master bathroom, all for a price that worked for me. It was determined during the visit that the source of my problem was that the plastic cylinder in my hot water heater was breaking down and sending pieces into the pipes throughout my house. The larger pieces had lodged in my faucets, which restricted the water flow and damaged the cartridges inside of them.

Once the repairs were completed, Keith offered to look around to find the best deal for replacing the hot water heater within the funds I could afford. Hopefully, that will all be coming together soon.

If you are in need of plumbing repairs or replacement, I highly recommend Hildebrant's Plumbing Service! This is a family run business that is dedicated to helping others. Both Keith and Tyler were very professional and caring, and they went out of their way to make things right.

As I single woman, I was stressed about finding a plumber. After praying about it, I found an ad for Hildebrant's Plumbing in a local Christian phone directory. My initial first impression of Keith Hildebrant was very positive. The anxiety that I felt initially was put to complete ease because of Keith. Last Tuesday (02/16) when a pipe burst inside our home, Keith was the amazing man that took my call! He explained what we needed to do and how we should wait till after the next round of snow. Today Keith and Nathan showed up early and in a blink of an eye found the break, fixed it and we have water! They took time to make sure there weren’t anymore leaks. I personally think that professionalism and timeliness are major qualities in any person or company. Hildebrant's plumber arrived in a timely fashion to my home in Burleson, and got right to work, not stopping until he was finished, as would be expected of a professional. Had a leak that was seeping under the cabinets but could not locate the source. The plumber was very efficient and found the dishwasher pump was the source of the leak. Was expecting something much worse so would definitely use Hildebrant's again.

I had a same-day call. They arrived 30 minutes before the time I was told to expect them (but they called to give me notice). Don and Michael were a pleasure to work with, extremely courteous and thorough. I had an unclear problem with the water reported to me by a tenant. Michael crawled throughout the entire underside of the house to ensure there were no leaks, they checked my meter and did everything they could to diagnose. It was very comfortable having them in the house, I will definitely be calling Hildebrant's again with any issues in the future. I was referred to Hildebrant’s Plumbing Repair by a friend. I went out to the website and scheduled a service request and was able to leave detailed information as to what I needed. I received a prompt email response from Kevin Hildebrant himself within 24 hours with an offer to schedule my appoint at a time that would work best for me. That is what I call service. Kevin and one of his staff arrived promptly at the scheduled time on a Tuesday morning and did a top-notch job. I was very pleased and recommend Hildebrant Plumbing Repair to anyone who needs quality plumbing work at a very reasonable price.

After installing a new showerhead, I found that my shower decided to spray water pretty much everywhere EXCEPT the shower. At the rate it was going, all of Crowley might've gotten washed away! I'm glad I chose to contact Hildebrant's. They were immediately able to diagnose and address the issue.

Do not use this company. They take advantage of single women, they do poor quality work, and they simply don't do what they say they will.

I bought a house with a custom shower, which was installed with no liner and no proper drain. Hildebrant came in to remove the tile, put in a proper drain and lay a liner. Half the demo debris were left behind and hidden in the shower seat frame, they cut the liner too short, and so it stopped about three inches from one end of the shower, and they did not go up 12 inches along all sides of the shower. In addition, they made no effort to complete any preparation work for the laying of tile, like putting backing behind the liner. My tile guy had to remove the liner and the debris left behind and redo the job properly.

After multiple failed attempts to contact the owner about his poor quality work, I submitted a BBB complaint. I received a call that 50% of my invoice would be reimbursed, that was 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received a check. I have contacted the owner several times to no avail.

Do yourself a favor, use another plumber.

Water was leaking out of the drainage pipe that led from my clothes washer into the wall and getting water on my laundry room floor. We were very pleased. We didn't want to have to hire an overpriced big company, because I have had bad experience in the past, plus overcharged. Called & set up an appointment with Keith, came out on time. We had a few things that needed repair and the outside faucet needed to be replaced and was done incorrectly, when the house was built.
So Keith was here for a few hours, did a great job, fixing and replacing things. Knows exactly what he's doing and very reasonable pricing. We have found our plumber!

I went off the reviews and choose this company for my plumbing needs based on the amazing things people were saying. But here is the catch, they charge by the hour and say it includes what's needed for the repair or install, not true. Considering they charge $150 an hour you would think they were experienced in sinks. Well the plumber that worked on two of my bathroom sinks took almost two hours fumbling with a gasket. Then when he finished he stated that he couldn't guarantee his work because he didn't have the right gasket but it's okay for now but to watch it. What?? I was charged labor and parts for two bathroom vessel sinks. Would not recommend this company to anyone!! Complete rip off that I feel ran the clock to get paid.

Worst company ever , claim to be a Christian based company. Yet they take advantage of a single mom charge her 280 to unclog a drain 150 of that remove a toilet and put back in place. I would never use these guys because they are very unprofessional about there way of business. Spoke with one of the owners and he was very arrogant.
House was backed up with sewer and took 7 hours to come back the second time to repair things. They do the absolute minimum amount of work .

I am a military spouse with a husband deployed to Iraq and a house in Fort Worth with a renter. I was charged $295 to replace a kitchen faucet. I told Russell that I could not go buy one on my own since I live out of state and asked if he could pick up a cheap one to replace. Then I get a call for payment and my mouth almost dropped. This is outrageous. A faucet is not that much. Total ripoff!

Hildebrant sent out Lyle to help me with my plumbing problem and he couldn’t be more efficient and professional at a very fair price. I wasted time and money trying to handle it myself and I wish I would’ve made the call at the onset of the issue.

Scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday. Took the time off work. Got a phone call hours after schrsched block time saying they had a job that took longer than expected. Asked to reschedule. Rescheduled for the following Tuesday and was told I would be first on the list. Called the Monday before to double check and confirm. Again, was told first on the list. Took entire day off expecting job to be a big one. Finally at 1:30 got a call saying they were heading my way. Informed them their services were no longer needed. I hope this helps in your decision. Had to call another company and they were out in a few hours.

I would give zero if it were an option. They came to my home to fix a slow leak. That night my slow leak turned into water gushing out (several gallons per second) all night overnight. The only way to make it stop was to turn water off to my home completely. We called them repeatedly and wouldn't answer until we called from a different number and they wouldn't come out until late the next afternoon. (keep in mind we have no water at this point). Also told me that they did me a favor by coming out because I was out of their service area!! Why advertise for Keller and Fort Worth if you don't service the area??? (I'm on the border of both) They come out and say that what they fixed wasn't the problem, it was something else they didn't see before and proceeded to charge me again for that. Everything was all dry at that point so I thought it was done and just paid the money to be through with them. NOPE! Water gushing out again!!! They wouldn't return calls !! HOA issue having water wasted and running all down the street for several days.

Another service (Leak Geeks) came out and they were AWESOME. They saw the shoddy work and fixed the problem within 5 minutes (FREE OF CHARGE) and now after over a month its still all good.

Used to be good. Now they are so money hungry that they started lying. Did a job for 5 minutes in my house near their office, but they insisted on charging me the whole hour. The original quote was $135 per hour, then they changed to $145 per hour.

Not going to use them again.

Dont let the cross on the van fool you. Also dont believe the upfront free quote like it says on the website. I called them to come look at my broken water heater on the 22nd of feb. They Charged me 75 dollars to look at it 2 seconds to tell me its broken and it will cost me close to 1500 to fix it. They did say they would deduct 75 if i let them install it. I questioned them how much was the parts and what they charged for labor. They gave me a complete run around on my questions. I know B.S when i hear it. I ended up doing it myself for 550 dollars. Very disappointing!

These people came to try and fix a leak at my home. After the third time out they never fixed it. Mainly because they didn't have the right parts on the truck. The third time out to fix the same leak they start talking about charging me double time and not under warranty to fix the same leak they didn't have the intelligence to fix. I had to get the parts from lowes and I fixed it myself. I live and learn. BEWARE
