Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. I called the company and shared 3 issues I was having. I confirmed with Nicole the phone rep that when the contractor came out we needed the leaks repaired and a resolve toward hot water issue.

The owner  came out, advised the unit was +20 years old that was why it wasn't working, REFUSED to do a diagnosis but immediately suggested I replace, which I was open to but gave no diagnosis, he said he could but didn't.

He then offered to charge me $4500.00+ for a 30 ton with a booster and insisted I make a decision at that moment. I asked for an itemized invoice he stated he does not produce itemized invoices but the cost was 50/50 parts and labor.

I asked again for an invoice on the product we would be purchasing, but he refused to put in the invoice.

I advised thank you, I need to see if this quote was fair so I would get a few other quotes however we wanted to hire him today for other repairs to be completed as we called in to have resolved as a pregnant mom in the home is having leak issues and drainage issues I wanted to resolve, he then stated, THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY< ONCE YOU CALL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WE WILL COMPLETE REPAIRS. HE REFUSED TO FULLY SERVICE ALL REQUEST, he made some sort of alteration under kitchen sink but did not ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE SERVICE REQUEST SINCE WE DID NOT SAY YES TO DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.

THE OWNER WAS NOT NICE, RUDE, REFUSED WORK, ARROGANT AND BULLYISH IN ADDITION TO THEIR RATES THAT WERE BY FAR OVER PRICED.

I DON'T USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I DO NOT THINK IT WAS COOL FOR A COMPANY WE HIRED TO COME OUT TO RESOLVE ISSUES WOULD REFUSE BECAUSE WE DIDN'T SAY YES ON SITE TO LARGER REPAIR WITHOUT DOING RESEARCH ON RATE INVOICED.

Our main water line was clogged and the water was rising out of the pipe, I called All Valley and they were at my house within an hour. They were quick, efficient, wore masks, and gave me tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. It was my first time giving them a call, I will definitely call and recommend them in the future.

I will definitely call these guys again if I ever have a plumbing issue. The owner Kathlyn was able to work my issue into her schedule with no problem. They were able to repair the toilet quickly at a reasonable price. Thank you!

P & P came out to our home very quickly after a call about an inspection. Extremely fast service and we had a fantastic plumber that helped us out.

Blue diamond did a great job for us! We had some con skimmer lines in our pool that were clogged. The pool company said they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it, that’s not what they do. So I called many plumbers, who all said they could not fix it. When I called diamond, they said they have experience with this and showed up the very next day to do the work. This was a very difficult job and they took care of it for us and saved us having to replace our entire skimmers and breaking into the concrete which would have been much more expensive! Thank you!!

I had Ellis out to install some faucets in my bathroom and to look at an issue I had with my kitchen faucet. He quickly, and beautifully, installed my two bathroom faucets. When he looked at my kitchen, he found the issue and had two ways to resolve it. One was quicker, and he did have another appointment to get to, but the other would make things 'look nicer'. He used the 'look nicer' method because, he said, if he didn't it would bug him all night! This is the kind of professionalism and honest integrity that I wish all the people I deal with would have. You can trust anything Ellis does for you. Cannot recommend enough - and would give him 50 stars if I could.

This company's employees were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. It was a pleasant experience from the interaction with the office personnel to the actual visit with the field technicians. After this I will only be utilizing the J ROWE company for all future plumbing related issues. I received no compensation nor am I in anyway related to the company....I am only posting because I know from experience how hard it is to find an honest competent proficient plumbing company and I want to prevent you from wasting your time on other less efficient companies.
