Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

Dustin was great. He came out and explained everything and showed me visually what needed to be done. We had to have multiple plumbers come out due to a discrepancy that our foundation specialist need to resolve and this by far was the best plumbing company.

Delta one came out to my house and unblock a stoppage I had and then they kamerad it and told me the exact problem I had and then gave me a price upfront to fix it price was reasonable

This is a really good company to go with on fixing water heaters. I had 100 gallon one go out at the nursing home I work at. Brian and Nate did a fantastic job replacing are old one, I know it was alot of work thanks guys and Amy that took my call was a real sweetheart I will be calling them again in the future if I need plumbing done. I would highly recommend this company. They happily scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and when it was clear that my hot water heater needed to be replaced they were able to get me on the calendar for a replacement in less than 48 hours. The journeyman was very efficient, very professional and very informative. And very nice! He even thought of a few additional things that would serve me well with our home situation.
