Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Chrispy and Desi (Desiree) arrived 3 days ahead of schedule to replace the burst pipes in my wall, which was a tremendous relief for me. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and the pipes were replaced the same day so I didn't have to stay in a hotel. I am also a returning customer and have referred Clearwater Plumbers to friends and family members for the reasons above and the reasonable costs of their services. Thank you again for coming to my rescue!!

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

Hawk does a fantastic job on all of my plumbing and HVAC repairs. I own several rental properties, and Hawk is my go-to for all service work. They're honest, reliable, dependable, attentive, quick to respond and make repairs, and they do good work. I've called them about everything from a dripping faucet to replacing an HVAC system, and they've done a great job each time, and found ways to save me money. I had a scary leak once on a Sunday, and they came out and fixed it within an hour or two. I recommended them to my mother, and now she uses them exclusively, too.
