This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

I can't recommend these guys strongly enough! They worked efficiently, used drop cloths to contain the mess and cleaned up as they went. Great work quality, and they communicated with us throughout the project. They ran some new gas lines in the house, hooked up gas fireplaces and an outdoor grill.

I’m have an emergency plumbing stoppage ( with guest ) , Mr Booker came out and was able to fix the plumbing stoppage, also looked at my garage disposal and camera the lines. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable of his work. I highly recommend this company.

Experience with Brandon and Daniel was great! They were on time, courteous, informative, and transparent with all applicable fees for service. DOUBLE EMERGENCY handled immediately, twice this week!!!! As a Realtor I have a list of good plumbers but this week during Snow-vid 2021, I couldn't get a plumbing company on the phone to save my life. Someone on my Ring Neighborhood notifications recommended Circle E and I called them the second I got the notification. Kyle answered the phone immediately, and had a plumber at my door within 4 hours-SAME DAY! That was Wednesday and today I was notified from the water department that I had a major leak. I found the pipe in the yard and called them again. Kyle again had someone out within 2 hours and the pipe is being capped so I will have water again tonight. I cannot even begin to explain how professional, prompt, and caring this group is. I can officially say I now have a family plumbing company. Circle E is my personal and now professional choice!
