Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I met with Jack on Friday as we scoped out a minor room renovation for the home of my recently deceased parents. I wanted to raise the existing water heater ~3 inches and install a drain pan with exterior drain. Jack indicated this would be an easy job and 2 young men arrived and completed the job in ~1 hour with $90 materials. Imagine my shock when billed over $1300... and then Jack spoke with my contractor and reduced it to $726 (still >$300/hr - highway robbery!). I would never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Sanders Plumbing. From the first call to the office,Nanette was super friendly, felt a connection with her from the start. Going with my gut, I decided to let them come out. We got the dreaded words slab leak but i felt good about the plumber, Jon, he was professional, friendly, and I had a good vibe about him. Not the typical feeling you get with plumbers. The whole experience went well, never did I feel like we were getting ripped off. I will forever use this company and recommend them to everyone I know. Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! Highly reccomend their service , professional , unbelievably knowledgeable and rates that make sense !!! 10 stars

They came out on a Sunday, in the snow, and repaired an exterior pipe leak. Their price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
