Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

Had our AC system checked out by Brandon with Wilson Home Services. Excellent service and explained our system to me in easy-to-understand detail, which I appreciated. Showed me the easy ways I can do to keep the system running efficiently and to the best of its capabilities. Thankfully our AC system was running well and the unit was in great shape, but he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it so we are running at 100%. I was happy to buy into the Wilson maintenance plan, given this was my 2nd great experience with a Wilson employee. Highly recommend their services and honesty in working with customers.

We had a floor drain back up in the dish area of our restaurant in North Fort Worth on a busy Friday night during the rush. I googled plumber and started with the A's that were near me and ABC answered immediately. Taylor and Keller came out within 30 minutes, identified the issue quickly , unclogged our drain and got us back up and running. They showed me what they found (a rag!) and were very courteous and professional. Considering it was a holiday weekend night (July 4th weekend!), the price was fair and very reasonable. I will use them again for sure! Call them first!

Texas Plumbing system and Heating did a fantastic job installing a new boiler for us. The gas engineers were extremely polite and all work was completed within budget. The old boiler broke down and left us in the cold. They installed a new boiler to warm our home. Many thanks once again

As a Fort Worth Police Officer security for me and my family are important! I had the privledge of using Enoch Electric Company to come out to our house and do some electrical work to include installing a flood light camera, fix landscaping up lighting, and install two thermostats! Not only did they notify me when they were enroute but they were timely, professional, and cleaned up after themselves! Donald is very honest - I did not end up needing a plumber for my problem - it was with the tile and shower stall and he helped me determine the problem and figure out what to do about it even though it did not involve a job for him. I will definitely hire him when I need a plumber again. Very courteous and professional.

I had water damage in my home due to a dishwasher malfunction. The insurance company sent them out to check for additional leaks. The technician showed up on time, was very friendly and courteous and I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
