I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Our water heater was replaced earlier this year by LSP. Last week it stopped heating. I called LSP and they quickly ordered the part I needed. Unfortunately, parts are on backorder. My family is coming from CA for Christmas and I was panicked. They searched locally for the part, picked it up and installed it today! That is customer service! I’ve had plumbing challenges for the last past 3 years, and as a result my hot water seldom worked on the third floor. After calling Royal Flush my toilet on the second floor WORKS, and I have great water pressure and hot/cold water on all three level. Dezman was responsive, professional, neat, clean and respectful of the space. I will refer and call them again if I need additional services. Thanks for saving me from my plumbing problems!

What luck? LOL! My hot water heater bit the dust on Christmas Day. Not many people are working during the holidays and if they are they charge emergency fees to come out. Someone up above was watching out for me. I first googled for plumbers on Sunday afternoon and I found a company called All Valley Plumbing and Rooter. The person who answered my call is named Jonathan Hernandez and he told me he could be out on early morning on Monday and he would have my hot water either repaired or replaced by the end of the of the day. Well, he lived up to his word...I have a new hot water heater and the water is already beginning to get hot. Jonathan owns this company and he is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend ALL VALLEY PLUMBING AND ROOTER.

They were efficient. They did their best to keep my cost down. They cleaned up and made sure not to track dirt or mud in and out of my house. However they do not fix any drywall or wood they have to remove to get to a leak or pipe in the wall. I was happy with the work and job they did.

They were there in an emergency situation as soon as I called. They saved my butt! You can trust them.
