Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

Woke up this morning to a room with water and a wet kitchen floor! Called this company and they sent someone right out with in 2 hours - fixed the JOB ! Thanks for ur hard work . I highly recommend this place!! God bless !

Clearwater Plumbers always come on time and are very professional. We have a warranty on our home through a company that doesn't use Clearwater but we will only let Clearwater Plumbers handle any plumbing issues in our home. I would highly recommend them.

The master plumber that came to my residence was very efficient. Excellent communicator on the project. Had to remove mortar and brick to replace leaking outdoor water spigot. Did a really neat job. Brick fit right back in and just need to put some mortar back in. Thank you for your help!!

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

When clogged my toilet backs up into my tub. My home warranty company dropped the ball and approved me to get my own contractor. Royal Flush Plumbing was a referral from a referral & I couldn't be HAPPIER. Desmond was MORE THAN punctual, & professional on the phone & in person, also he didn't mind talking to the warranty co. On my behalf. I will be using them again for sure and speaking this name to others. Thank You for the last minute service call.
