Best Fort Worth Plumbing in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

Mr. Pascal Adams was/ is very professional. He explained everything he was doing . . He gave me an estimated and told me if the camera had to be used it would be more. I'm glad he told before and not afterwards. The price just right!

On Saturday, September 19th, Evan and Jakobe “saved the day.” My Kohler toilet tank was leaking. Although I’ve done all my home plumbing repairs for years, I could not fix this. After Evan and Jakobe realized the gasket could not be off more than 1/8 of an inch, the problem was SOLVED!Thanks guys!!!. They're on the high end cost-wise, but they know what they're doing and will get the job done. They're also one of the few that has a 150ft plumbing snake.

Did not go with this company due to the treatment I received. Walked in to ask a general question to realize they were laughing at my question as I walked back out. I thought I had maybe over analyzed the situation so I decided to call them for an estimate on some busted pipes that occurred by the freeze. The guy who answered the phone gave me the same type of attitude I received when I went in person which validated my opinion of them. He was very rude and had no interest. Stopped me after I said I had some plumbing issues and told me there's nothing they can do and they wouldn't even take an appointment until 2+ weeks. I understand plumbers are very busy with the work going on but the rude attitude was not needed in my opinion.

I have finally found a great plumbing company! From the moment you call they are happy to help and super responsive. David came out and fixed our issue. Do yourself a favor and call them when you need plumbing.

Mr. Booker and his team did an amazing job on getting our toilets repaired and replaced, when four other plumbing companies didn't! Not happy. They were Subcontractors for America Home Shield. Paid to tell us they couldn't do anything but tell Am Ho Shield it was a problem in the mainline. Left us with a fully stopped up house, where we had to wait 4 days to hear back from AmHoShield.

4 days. No toilet in our own house. I knew it was BS, so I called another plumber, just come clear the mainline at least temporarily. ARS Rescue Rooter. Cleared it at least temporarily with a 30 day guarantee to come back and clear again.

Yes. There is a mainline break, but apparently some companies care about the customer enough to at least give them some relief. So, ARS Rescue Rooter will get the contract to fix the mainline.

Lone Star Water Services, LLC and American Home Shield are not interested in the welfare of the customer.

Short version - we had foundation issue had company raise slab on west side of house they required a plumber do a hydro-static test on sewer after the lift to verify no leaks. They send a plumber out he is at our property less than an hour says there is a sewer leak. Didn't really like this guy so found company closer & one that specializes in leak detection to do an isolation test. He was at our property about 4 hrs & charged me $500, said leak was in combination under slab in master bathroom. Gave bid for repair. Was not impressed with the bid price so got recommendation from friend - he said use Hawk Plumbing. Zack master plumber came out 1 day & said looked pretty straight forward & he would get a bid - we decided to use them after seeing the bid they started Thurs before Christmas. Zack & helper arrived on time, I left the husband to handle that day. Zack said he would not start jack hammering the slab until he viewed the leak on his camera. He spent hours looking for a leak & did another hydro-static leak test & found NO LEAK. He explained all he was doing to my husband & let my husband watch all so he knew everything was as Zack had said. Hawk charged me less than the supposed leak specialist I had hired to isolate the area. So in my book Hawk Plumbing is an straight forward, honest company. We will call Hawk for any future plumbing issues. Zack, Thanks for helping us solve this stressful issue.
