Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad that when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay.um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was NOTany better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

Our pipes were clogged causing water from our kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom to back up into the tub. I called in the evening and they scheduled a tech first thing the next morning. I got the curtesy call that Drew was on his way right around when I was expecting it. Drew did great work; was fast, efficient and gave me great advice on how to keep the pipes clog free in my old, pier and beam house. This is the first time we've used a plumber without a home warranty so I don't know how they rate in terms of cost compared to other companies, but I can tell you it was much less than we were expecting and I feel money well spent! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have used Isaac and Panther City Plumbing for many plumbing issues over the last few years. Hawk Plumbing, Heating & A/C is local to NW Fort Worth (where many service people don't like to go because its so far out}. I've had to call Hawk twice with A/C emergencies and they were able to come out right away (even answered the phone on a Sunday evening and came out first thing Monday). Prices were VERY reasonable AND they explained what work was needed immediately, and what could be put off for a little while. I highly recommend!

I had a water pipe that burst in my ceiling. I called All Valley Plumbing. This was my first time using them. 1st of all they were friendly & prompt coming to do the job. Very good job. I will use them again & recommend them.

Cliff runs a top notch company I strongly recommend his services, another company was wanting to charge $4,000-$5,000 for a supposedly slab leak but I called Cliff he says not a slab leak and fixed the problem for $350 then made sure all sinks, toilets, dishwasher and washing machine worked before he left. Excellent service.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!
