Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

Punctual, professional, no complaints – except for one biggie: the price (which I agreed to, of course, before the work was performed, but just didn’t want to mess with trying to call another plumber). It was just extremely expensive, I thought, for what we had done (even with a “10% discount”), so very unlikely we would use this company again.

Desmond was amazing! He’s courteous, very professional, always on time, honest and efficient. We got fresh water leak in our living room which gave us a headache for a week until a relative recommended Desmond. He came, gave us a very fair quote, and got everything fixed quickly. Our toilet and shower/tub stopped draining properly (seemed clogged), so we called Delta 1 Plumbing to fix the situation. The plumber, Roy, was a bit eccentric and with only a single tooth and an odd demeanor, made my wife a bit uneasy. But hey, not a big deal as long as he can do the job. My wife was told the toilet wasn't set properly, therefore to guarantee his work, he would need to remove the toilet, snake the lines, and reset the toilet. He also said he was going to get on the roof and run a camera down the pipe and check for any blockage along the air vent.

Roy (from Delta 1) was out the door with $990.48 of our money, a LOT. But at least it was guaranteed....right? 15 minutes later my wife flushed the toilet and the same problem, not draining! Are you kidding me? So my wife calls Roy on the phone and he suddenly changes his tune and says the work is NOT guaranteed because the sewer pipe in the crawl space was collapsed and damaged (about 10 ft down the line) and he can not guarantee his work, unless my wife signs an agreement to have the pipe replaced at an estimated cost of $2500 additional money! First it is guaranteed, then it is not? Are you kidding me?

Roy then offered to come by after work and take care of it at night. With me out of town and my wife not getting a good vibe from this guy, she wisely ended the conversation.

My wife was irate at the bate and switch, but she decided to call around and find someone else whom she could trust to come take a look. The next plumber (Mike, different plumbing company) shows up, runs a camera down the air vent from the roof and finds it blocked (dead animal) and removes it. That was the only problem with the whole situation! The toilet and shower drained properly after that. While Mike was there, he also ran a camera down the sewer lines (70+ feet) and found no damaged pipe. He told us in no uncertain terms we were ripped off.

We contacted the owner of Delta 1 Plumbing immediately after our new plumber cleared the air vent line and told us we had been ripped off. He told us Roy's behavior was inappropriate (no duh!) and said he would refund our $990.48. That was over a month ago and we still have not seen any refund what so ever, but we will continue through different avenues.

So please learn from our mistake and take your plumbing business elsewhere. There really are good companies out there, but Delta 1 is NOT one of them.

Hawk Plumbing Heating and Air conditioning installed a complete heating and cooling system for our family on March 9. It was a a difficult attic installation and they went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible system. All the employees were very professional in all the contacts we had with them. We are very happy with the system and will call Hawk the next time we need help with plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I called the office several times with questions and always received a courteous and helpful response. I certainly recommend this business!

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!

I would definitely consider doing business with this company. The technician arrived early for our scheduled appointment, was very thorough in explaining everything I needed and was sincere in answering all my questions.

Our outside faucet was leaking pretty bad and Delta 1 was out the same day to fix it. The price was good and the work was even better. We will definitely be using them if we have any future plumbing needs.
