Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Excellent customer service

Assessed a leaky sink, told us we needed a new faucet and then told us what kind of faucet we needed to buy. I purchased a faucet according to the qualifications I'd been given. They returned the next day and installed the new faucet. While paying for their visit we were told that they would have to come back again to install a different faucet because the one he'd just installed didn't meet our sink's qualifications. To reiterate: we were told what to buy, we bought it, it was installed, we were charged for installation and THEN were told that they would need to come back again to install a whole new item because the one he'd just finished installing wasn't correct. We will not be doing business with this company again.

We called Busby's because we had the same problem come back, that we had already fixed two times before with a different plumber. Busby's arrived and found the simple fix in no time. They were honest, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.

Our hot water heater was leaking this summer so we called around a few places (Leak Geeks, Berkeys, Clearwater, Water Heaters Only, and maybe one or two others). I'm really happy with the service we got from NCT. We got estimates for tankless and a replacement tank from all the companies that did both. We ended up replacing our 75 gal tank with a new tank because tankless was very pricey since our home wasn't originally set up for it. So why didn't we pick the other guys? Clearwater was the only company that actually charged to come out and give an estimate. Why? No one else does that. Leak Geeks was out of the ballpark expensive. We had 3 estimates within $100 of each other for a 75 gal 50k Btu water heater. And NCT ended up being a couple hundred more than those companies but they had a different water heater with 75k Btu. The replacement ended up taking a little longer than they had estimated but they did get it done in a day. They were missing some insulation so it failed inspection but they got right out and fixed it and then it passed. The salesman who gave me the estimate and the three men who came out to replace the water heater were all very professional and friendly. I think they do more new construction than maintenance but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a water tank replacement.

Sent out through American Home Shield for 3 separate issues. They replaced the handle on the toilet told us that they had to order a faucet and another part for our other issues and that a follow up appointment would be scheduled. After 4 days, I called and spoke to Megan who stated that they transferred the issue back to AHS as they don't deal with the type of pipe we have. None of the requested services required them to deal with the pipe in the home. They lied to us about getting parts and coming back, then neglected to even give us the courtesy to tell us that they weren't going to come back. Also, the one thing they did fix doesn't function properly and the water keeps running on the toilet unless we jiggle the handle.

Hawk plumbing has incredibly nice staff, the manager josh was really friendly. I asked hawk plumbing to come to my home and fix a leaking pipe, the guy changed the pipe to a straight pipe and called it a day. A couple days later, the pipe was on crooked and they had to come back out and fix it, this time it cost me more because it wasn't entirely done right the first time. It's fixed now thankfully. They are super nice and very reasonable in pricing, they made it right and I'm happy with that.
