After getting the run around from a few other companies for a few days I tried Circle-E, who I had never heard of before. They were very responsive, followed up with me on what day and time they could come to my house which was actually very fast (about 24 hours later). They asked if I had an emergency, I did not and said they can have me as a regular appointment.

They called when they were on the way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did the repair and install I needed, and gave me some advice on other things. No trying to oversell anything at all like many companies do, just giving me little tips on things which was great. I see that Circle-E provides a variety of services besides the one I needed. They do A/C, Furnace, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Painting, and much more. I will be using Circle-E for any of these services that I need in the future.

They were efficient. They did their best to keep my cost down. They cleaned up and made sure not to track dirt or mud in and out of my house. However they do not fix any drywall or wood they have to remove to get to a leak or pipe in the wall. I was happy with the work and job they did.

We are getting cold air into our heater and they spent almost an hour researching and found a small hole that they had to patch. Did a great job.

Kerry is fine if you have a simple job... setting a toilet or changing a fixture. But if you ask him to do more than that, he may very well leave you with a problem you have to call a master plumber in to fix. In our case, we are also having to call an electrician because he disconnected the house ground and never reconnected it again. I'd throw a dart to select a name out of the yellow pages before I used Kerry Lewis Plumbing again.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though our drain pipe was blocked/clogged about 20 feet under the slab, he used all 75 feet of snake to make sure he covered as much pipe as possible to eliminate any other buildup that may have been occurring.

When you hire an electrician, you worry about whether the person coming to your home will know what to do and will the cost be competitively fair. Enoch's electrician, Juan, arrived at our door wearing booties over his shoes to protect our floors. That was a good sign.
I showed him an extensive list of things to do. He immediately went to work. The first item was an outdoor outlet by a koi pond. He found the problem and suggested a change to save us money. Another good sign. We had an outlet on an outside wall that wasn't working. He quickly found an electrician had installed a wrong outlet cover 12 years ago that concealed it was a GFI outlet. His fix was quick.
We also asked about running a new circuit for a home security camera. I was going to have him do a shortcut but he showed me how that could be a potential hazard later and by 'doing it to code' would be as efficient And Safe. While installing it, he found an outlet that was burnt and was a definite fire hazard. He quickly replaced the defective outlet.
At the end, the work was the highest quality and at a price that was much, much lower than I had expected.
