Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

I met with Jack on Friday as we scoped out a minor room renovation for the home of my recently deceased parents. I wanted to raise the existing water heater ~3 inches and install a drain pan with exterior drain. Jack indicated this would be an easy job and 2 young men arrived and completed the job in ~1 hour with $90 materials. Imagine my shock when billed over $1300... and then Jack spoke with my contractor and reduced it to $726 (still >$300/hr - highway robbery!). I would never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I called several plumbers in the area and all had excuses as to why they couldn't make it. I called Dez and he was there in 20 min and shortly after Dustin and Mark showed up and got to work and fixed the issues in no time. I appreciate it and I will definitely be using you all again in the future.

With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work. There was no doubt I'd use them again for this larger water heater repair and no doubt that I'll use them again in the future if I ever need a plumber.

Bobby is a life saver, came out at 2:30am to fix our emergency. After calling all around for an hour in a half, I’m so happy to have found his services. Myles and Nate came to replace 2 bath tub stoppers. I should add that the bath tub stoppers were the originals from when the house was built ...... 50 yrs ago. They didn't seem too worried - told me its all part of the job! It was hard to get the stoppers out - but both men seemed unfazed by it all. They did a great job and I am excited to be able to take a bath now.
