Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Provided one price over the phone and another upon exit. The guys that were here stayed here for 3-4 hours only to replace a wax ring on one toilet and they charged me excessively over $400.

Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. And, we only had the one bathroom...Thank you!!!

Robert recently resolved three plumbing issues for us. First, he answered a late night, weekend call to fix a running shower that would not shut off. Robert also helped identify and repair a leaking pipe in the attic. Lastly, Robert installed a tankless water heater. Robert was professional and timely in all three jobs. Furthermore, he was friendly and answered all questions throughout the process. This made us feel comfortable during stressful water issues. We will definitely use Robert in the future.

Adrian was great! Showed up early and was very thorough! We hired him to do a sewer scope for a home we are buying and it went great! I was a realtor for 14 years prior and Adrian gets 5 stars for his great professional experience and knowledge!

It's probably the worst plumbers I've ever met. They plumbed my new house and oh boy, they made many big mistakes. Just to name two, they couldn't read the contract to know what was needed. The plumber incorrectly installed my water heater and had no idea how to operate it. It's just terrible!!!!!

This company will rip you off . They will not give you the price upfront , charge you for visitation and price you incredibly high. I think they are making money out of visitation than actually doing any service . If you don’t like their price which you will obviously not but you will still have to pay for them to come and give you quote. Avoid

Appointment was made by phone, but no technician showed or called, and no answer when I tried calling to inquire about the status of the appointment..
I left a detailed message with the scheduler on the day of our appointment to see if they would let us know when we could expect their arrival, but no call back.
I think we may have been skipped because our repair was unlikely to cost much and their tech worked on more profitable jobs instead.
It all worked out ok, since we called another company and they promptly replaced our faucet for less.
