Best Clogged Drains in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

We had a urinal overflowing in our restroom and the drain in the floor was plugged. They came out right away and fixed the urinal and unplugged the floor drain. Then they proceeded to clean up some of the standing water. Once they were finished, they gave us information on a restoration company. We have used them in the past as well and have always had a good experience. Thank you Charles.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

The service guy was really polite and offered us multiple solutions and prices and explained the differences. He did the job in a short amount of time and charged only what he said he would. I recently utilized the services of Pro Serve Plumbing to upgrade from a tank water heater to a Rinnai tankless water heater. Rob from Pro Serve was super professional and did a great job explaining the process to me of what needed to occur in order for me to make the transition from tank to tankless. Tammy, in their office, scheduled the appointments (quote, service, service after gas company and city inspection) promptly to accommodate my schedule. She was very kind and considerate of my needs when setting up services. The process included a city inspection and coordination with the gas company, but Pro Serve took care of business and made the process as painless as possible. I would never use any other plumbing company. This is my third time to call for service because my water heater needed to be repaired. Appointment was made by phone, but no technician showed or called, and no answer when I tried calling to inquire about the status of the appointment..
I left a detailed message with the scheduler on the day of our appointment to see if they would let us know when we could expect their arrival, but no call back.
I think we may have been skipped because our repair was unlikely to cost much and their tech worked on more profitable jobs instead.
It all worked out ok, since we called another company and they promptly replaced our faucet for less.
