Thanks to the prompt, hard work of David and Kevin with Sanders Plumbing my water service was restored to my residence after the city water department managed to clog my water lines with gunk, sand and other debris.
These 2 men flushed the lines twice and still one of the filters to a faucet looked as if it were a beach in search of water. It took several hours into the evening, but they stayed with the job of fully restoring water to all of the appropriate outlets.
Very grateful for a job well-done!

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

I had the best plumber today at my house. He answered all my questions and he knew exactly what to do. His truck was a rolling plumbing supply house. He did a very professional job, very clean, protected my home with shoe covers, protected my floors, fix my tub valve and was in and out in an hour. I finally found a plumber that I will use for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward. My mother needed a plumber and I recommended Delta 1 Plumbing to her as well. UPDATE: Three weeks after our hot water lines were replaced, we noticed low pressure again in the kitchen sink hot water line. Anthony came out the day I notified J5, and he fixed the issue for free. Excellent service!

Anthony and Mark re-plumbed all of my hot water lines to give us more flow (original pipe diameters were too narrow and my neighborhood has low water pressure). Plus they installed a new pressure-assist toilet. The job required working in the crawl space underneath the house, and they both worked diligently to get it all done in less than one day. Anthony went beyond the necessary tasks and corrected some additional minor issues with my washer and dryer, and he took care of some odds and ends plumbing issues. I've used J5 several times now, and they have always been prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Most importantly, they get the job done correctly!

I’ve used AirCo for over 18 years and they are responsive to get the repair done quickly. They let you know the ETA of arrival as soon as they can. Technician Elvis is always professional the many times he has serviced the HVAC units. I highly recommend Airco.

The AC unit in my house went out, and I was in need of a whole new outside and inside unit, that was a huge surprise. I searched around and came across Team Enoch. Jake was very responsive and quick on trying to get things resolved for my family and I. Our house temperature was in the high 80s and Jake offered a portable ac unit, after hours, and on a Friday I might add. On the date of install, it went flawless thanks to Brian and Shamar. They arrived between the time frame given and were very professional. They walked me through everything they did at the end of install. I would definitely recommend.

Horacio did a great job explaining what he was doing, how he was detecting the leak, where it was and provided a recommendation on options to fix it. Very impressed with the leading edge technology he used.

Landmark Home warrant assigned SWAT for my claim. Kevin was right on time and actually early. He knew exactly what to do to unclog my drain. He cleaned up after and now my kitchen sink drains perfectly. I will request SWAT again. 5 stars!!

I experienced a water leak in my attic. Within 30 minutes they were on their way. They found the water leak in the attic and installed a new insulated pipe. My praises go to Peerless Plumbing Company Haltom City for repairing our leak and enabled us to have water. I have used Peerless Plumbing Company Haltom City before and would used them again. I highly recommend their work and technician.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
