Best Air Conditioning Maintenance in Fort Worth TX

Just had a great experience with Joyner plumbing replacing my hot water heater which is in my attic. I called a few other companies and they were the best priced, with the best customer service.

I recommend you call them first with any future plumbing issues.

If I could give 10 stars I would :) Cannot say enough good things about Sanders Plumbing! Jon & Chris came out on Thurs/Fri to assess what was going on at my house & fix the problem. They were very professional & so nice! Informed me about everything going on & answered any questions I had. I learned so much from just sitting outside while they were working! At the end of the job I needed to get in touch with the City of Fort Worth for a little additional work on their end. Jon called the city as a heads up to them to kind of explained the process so far which helped when I called them. Kept the area cleaned while they were here & left it cleaned once they left. Cannot say enough good things - I will continue using them for all plumbing needs going forward!

Thank you Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air for coming out the same day that I called. I had a leaking valve and Michael fixed it very quickly and kept me informed of what he was doing and called before he purchased an additional item while he was at the hardware store. Since I purchased my house I've gotten the runaround form more than a few companies trying to take advantage of an inexperienced person, not Hawk.

I have been using this company since 2008 when I relocated to Euless, Texas. Always prompt and the staff is very wonderful to work with. They also provide an easy payment plan to stretch out servicing over a 1 year period. In an emergency someone is always there for me. I highly recommend this company. The last service call was made by Jeremy and he was terrific!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
