Best Water Softeners in Fort Wayne IN

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Have called Northside Plumbing several times for small projects and most recently for a large project. They were very responsive and helpful when setting up a time to come to the house. The workers were kind and courteous and, at the completion of the project, all the mess was cleaned!

Unbelievable service! Needed a water heater replaced urgently because of our granddaughters birthday and 20+ people coming over Saturday. Called Thursday and they installed it Friday! We cannot thank Teresa, Austin, and Micah enough. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Not to mention the great job with the installation. Thank you again!!!

Had a new technician today as my regular guy Larry has been out due to medical reasons. Get well soon Larry!Mike did his inspections and or repairs i as needed!!!He explained everything step by step. Our units are now 5 yrs old, I believe and it needed a something replaced towards the bottom on the furnace which he totally explained and ye explained why it needed to be replaced. I was having some issues with my water heater and needed it checked out. These guys gave me a list of options to replace and repair it. I decided on replacing it with a tankless heater. Best decision ever, I have unlimited hot water! Best part is, I didn't have to wait weeks, it was next day service. They have my recommendation.

We are very pleased with Mike and Aaron and the quality of services we needed and hoped for on June 14th. We needed a toilet that was sluggish refreshed and a bathroom sink drain plug cleared. We opted to have a new kitchen faucet installed while we had professional plumbers in our home.The toilet help and kitchen faucet install went smoothly. The bathroom sink clog was challenging due to the age of our home with the construction plumbing choices to turn drains at sharp angles with multiple pipes then branching in different directions, and in inaccessible places. Mike spent a lot of time and action with Aaron's assistance to persevere and clear that clog. We really appreciate the extra effort and not giving up and leaving us with a continued clogged drain. On time, explained service, very happy

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
