J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

I called on Friday evening. A woman answered the phone, she didn’t say her name. I asked about getting a quote on a heating and cooling system. Her response to me was “Well can it wait until Monday?” I said yes and hung up. Completely unprofessional and I will not be calling back for a quote or any type of service at all.

Mark has gone above & beyond for our family. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided & will be life-long customers because of it! Mark is friendly & has a lot of experience at his job. He has saved the day for us many times & we highly recommend him!

Great team! Nick was very patient very professional knew exactly what he was doing. I’ve done a lot of lighting over the years and this company by far was very professional, cleaned up after themselves always check to see if I was happy with everything every time they finish something. Anthony was prompt, courteous, professional, and appeared very knowledgeable. He asked if I had any issues and/or questions. I did not.

I contacted the company to service my AC which they did. When they were here we agreed to do duct cleaning. They came out but did not have the equipment to do the service and never called to reschedule as they said they would. I called and asked for my refund and they wont put it back on my card, they will mail a check within 2 weeks. Do NOT recommend
