John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

Greg, Josiah and the rest of the crew from Merz went above and beyond. We had a total system installation that included putting ductwork into the attic. Even with the extreme heat, they took their time in the attic and did a wonderful job of installing our vents and ductwork.
From the moment Greg first came and gave us a quote, to the moment he left, Greg was honest, concise, polite and didn’t treat me like a dumb woman. The crew cleaned up after themselves and I haven’t found anything inside or out. They respected our pets too!

Excellent service. These guys are top notch! Pulled a nasty clump of roots out of my sewer line and made sure the entire line was clear after the clump was removed.

Mark and Nate spent the day with a boring crew at my house yesterday to bore in utility lines for my new building. In all, they ran a sewer line, a water line, and two conduits for electrical service. Mark and Nate were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They left a clean worksite free of debris. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

Honestly one of the most friendly services I’ve ever dealt with they were very honest and upfront about everything, I called to make an appointment because it was after hours but they were able to come that night for my emergency issue and I would very much recommend them. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
