John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

Absolutely impressed by this company! Called them and originally they were going to come out on Thursday! Came out a day earlier! Was kinda and beyond informational! Gary is the gentleman we had out here and he was amazing! Spent 2 hours out here! Found the problem and solved it! Will be using this company again!!

The two young men came to install a new toilet for us and remove the old one. They did their job quickly and efficiently without any mess all the time while our two great grandchildren talked to them. Very personable to have them. Every time we’ve have Merz come for different calls, we’ve had great service. We highly recommend this business.

The pair of workers (Tyler and Patrick) from Roto Rooter arrived early, studied the problem, looked at it from a few different angles and took good care of us.

I had a clog in my drain and was VERY exhausted and upset that I was unable to get a professional out who knew how to fix my problem or had the tools to do so, until I was connected to this company! From the BEGINNING to the End, he was VERY professional, knowledgeable and responsible. As expected, he fixed the problem and left me one very happy customer! 5 Stars!!!

Crooks. They did my sewer line 2 yrs ago for 4500 and it plugged up again because they only replaced the beginning and the end of the line and not the middle!!! Took them 3 weeks to complete the job. A-AA made me a new line in 1 day!!!. Do not use affordable sewer services it will cost you again in the future!!! Also they only have a 1 year warranty which they did not state at the time of service. When I called them back in june of 2020 with my concerns they said their was nothing they could do for me.

2. They were very polite and friendly. Another great sign.
3. They actually took on the challenge of repairing a problem that another plumbing company didn't feel like messing with.
4. They went out of their way to get parts they needed and finished the same day. Actually within the hour.
5.They gave me straight up honest answers with no hesitation on every question I had.
6. The cost was realistic and fair.
All in all it was a comfortable experience with no unexpected issues and carried out very professionally.
