John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

Dave was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. North Side worked us in as a same day appointment and we were very impressed! Service was prompt, fast, and resolved. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs/installs!

Came home from work to find my sewer was backed up. Called Gene's and they had someone at my house within 1 1/2 hours. Justin was awesome and took the time to explain what he was doing! I will use them whenever I need sewer care!

Amazing customer service!!! Mark H. was very professional and courteous and told me exactly was was going on all the way through the process. I also had a water softener installed in a very tight footprint and he was able to make it all work! Would recommend them again and again!

My experience was good. The technician and myself thought that the drain was not plugged do to the amount of water flowing through the tile. So we deided not to have the line jetted and called back the furnace repair man to check it out again and he noticed that there was still something plugging the drain so I then called roto-rooter back out and I was givin a credit for the last visit and my line is now clean

They have installed our thankless water heater, and additional outlets. Great work!!

To me take that was great service! . Early I had been turned down by three other companies ( one I had a service agreement with ) We take for granted when we shower, wash clothes, use the toliet until the system stops working. )I thank the Affordable Sewer & Plumbing staff so much . I requested that I be placed in a annually cleaning going forward.

Honestly one of the most friendly services I’ve ever dealt with they were very honest and upfront about everything, I called to make an appointment because it was after hours but they were able to come that night for my emergency issue and I would very much recommend them.
