John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

Merz did a fantastic job. They uncolgged the sink in our bathroom and installed a new toilet in that same bathroom all in the same day. They were very reasonably priced, too! After spending months stressing over which local plumbing service to use, I can honestly say I am glad we chose this one.

This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment. Had someone scheduled to come out between 1 and 3. I called the main office at 330 when the technician still hadn't shown up. I was told he would be there in 30 min. The office called me back 5 min later and said it could be up to an hour. 430 came and went. The technician finally called a little after 5 and said it would be 30-45 min. He then called back 40 min later asking if we could reschedule. The professionalism of this place is extremely lacking. If you value your time at all do not use this company.

Snaked my sewer cleanout outside, had issues a few weeks later so called them back, they said they didn't have ever going to my house on file...

I had water from my washing machine backing up into my kitchen sink. I called on Monday afternoon and had my issue completely resolved by Tuesday at 9:45am. Not only was the job done quickly and by a skilled technician, but everyone I spoke to during the entire process was 150% professional and courteous the entire time. Jonathan and I even had a nice chat about our dogs. Could not recommend these folks higher. I know for a fact who I’m calling immediately the next time anything is out of sorts with my pipes.

Install of heating and air conditioner, and install of bathtub and shower stall, all went very well. Thanks for your professionalism and great work ethic.
