A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Thank you again for your hard work!

I had an urgent situation. I’ve just sold my house. While packing, the power went out in my master bedroom. I did the usual things to troubleshoot, but nothing worked. To make things worse. It was a Friday and the buyer’s inspector comes in Monday. I called Korte, and they worked me in between their other appointments. Not only did the technicians find and correct the problem, but they also identified two issues that would have been flagged as code violations when the inspector saw them. Korte fixed it all and got me up to code in just a matter of minutes. I’ve trusted them for my HVAC for years. I trust them just as equally with electrical, too. They have always treated me right and performed above and beyond. I will miss Korte when I move out of state.
