The tech Brandon is super sweet. I'm very picky and he goes above and beyond every time he comes out to check things out for me. He doesn't seem like my questions or concerns I have bother him at all. That is great customer service. I will use Metz every year for my service cleanings.

I had a issue with plumbing i knew the company im a member with would be well lol , so i called mark an he was on it here in mins an hours b4 my own company, he saved me time an $ , we need more people like him in this country , hard working, no bs , an 1 of the nicest most helpful people ive met , this is rare now adays , an i cant thank him enough, if u need something they do , give mark a call , u wont regret their work ethic an skill level , infinite stars , thanks mark , ur time an know how was much appreciated !

Nathan Salmons was the technician sent today by Rolf Griffin. All technicians have been personable and professional. Today was no exception, and maybe exceptional. Nathan inspected everything thoroughly and did his best trying to explain it to me. It made sense even to my limited understanding. Nathan found some extra minor problems that could easily have been overlooked, and he fixed them right away. He also fixed a fan problem on the A/C unit that had been addressed before but never fixed. Nathan stayed here a long time working in the heat, and left only when the job was well done. I will request him for my next service appointment for the furnace.John Massey
