John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Always professional and fast!

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Kody and Kris are rockstars. They went above and beyond to try to get my drain cleaned out. I had an extremely problematic sewage issue that wouldn’t go away, and A-1 made me a priority because I had no drainage/sewage. Extremely generous on pricing and did not overcharge! Thank you Shane for expediting my situation and fixing my problem fixed before the weekend!

This is a great company. I live an hour away and have had nothing but exceptional service all the way in Goshen. They installed a new furnace in our new home in 2016. They were one of the only contractors that passed inspection the first time. We could not be happier. Josh and his team are the real deal.

Poorman's were able to order and provide a needed part for us to fix our furnace with no hassle. The office staff was friendly and I'm very happy with their service. If we need service again in the future I'll be giving them a call.

I love this place, my parents had been with them since 2002, when they passed I stayed with them because they new the unit and the house, I just had to call them they day before veterans day because my furnace stopped working, Austin was here on Veterans day and fixed it. The best service company around in my book.

We recently installed a water softener that was not producing soft water right away. I was skeptical on which company to call but once I read the reviews on Hattersley I immediately called. Mark came out the next day to check the connections and test the water. Mark is very personable, professional and explained what was going on in layman's terms which is important to me since I don't know a lot about water softeners and plumbing. Roto-Rooter has been my go to source for plumbing issues for years. They have always provided me with fast efficient service that I can rely on. So when I had clogged drain I couldn’t clear myself on July 2nd I knew who to call. That morning I scheduled my appointment and a half hour later Rotor-Rooter was there. Now the clog I had was no ordinary kitchen sink clog, our technician James (Tech 178) worked on the problem until it solved, when I think some plumbers would have given up or charged me much more than the original quote. We've been using Rolf Griffin since we moved here in 2013 and have always had good experiences with them. We just had them install a new sump pump in our basement and Austin and Tucker did a great job. They were professional and had the job done in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!
