We used this company for the first time today. My initial experience with them was rather poor. They canceled the morning of my appointment after my service time was supposed to have started and after they had called and said they were coming. Cost me 2 days off work instead of 1. They said they would try and come out later that day but they never made it. Instead they came the following day. They actually showed up that day. As far as the service technician goes, Nick he was good. I have no complaints about the service technician. I would be however hesitant to use the company in the future because of reliability issues. They will give priority to commercial customers and cancel a residential customer over them. Even though it's very inconvenient for the resident. Other than that issue the work they did was good and the pricing was fair. I do feel they should have offered a discount or some kind of adjustment for canceling on me but that didn't happen. For these reasons I cannot give five stars.

Very professional and quick service.

Let me start by saying that my maintenance closet is very small and the two Service Technicians (Denny/Weston) did an Excellent Job installing my new wall mounted Weil-McLain Evergreen Pro Condensing Gas Boiler. These gentlemen are definitely Professional. Well at least Denny…lol. Just kidding Weston. The Technicians were on time and answer all my questions. If you’re upgrading your system these Technicians are Excellent!

Gabe was knowledgeable and walked me through everything when he inspected the system, he was very thorough and didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. Was VERY pleasantly surprised that when we decided to buy, they installed the VERY NEXT DAY!Aaron and the team did a great job with the install, were very respectful, had no issues wearing a mask in the house for my immune compromised wife! Look forward to working with HCE for years to come!

Excellent service, would recommend

I have used Plumbing Services several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied. I managed to clog my kitchen sink/garbage disposal and Chad was able to work me in his schedule while he was in my area so it was fixed the next morning. He's honest, professional and friendly. Will continue to use Plumbing Services whenever necessary in the future.

I was having some issues with my water heater and needed it checked out. These guys gave me a list of options to replace and repair it. I decided on replacing it with a tankless heater. Best decision ever, I have unlimited hot water! Best part is, I didn't have to wait weeks, it was next day service. They have my recommendation.

The company and technician were prompt in their response. The company and technician had friendly demeanors. They took care of the problem quickly and smoothly. However, the only complaint I have is their pricing appears to be high for the service they performed and what little time they spent at my residence. If it wasn’t for the pricing, I would give them 5 stars.

It is so reassuring to know that every time I call Jason for a plumbing problem, he will respond very promptly, do a quality job with repair or new installation, and do it at a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else because I know that he is so trustworthy and friendly.
