Our service technicians Steve G. and Cory B. were both great and excellent to work with. They answered any and all questions I had, even going so far as to add an extra shut-off valve for my fireplace and another junction for a future gas stove while they were putting in new gas piping. They were friendly, dealt with my dogs without problems and were very polite and didn't leave any kind of mess. I would highly recommend Rolf Griffin to anyone looking at getting a furnace installed.Also wanted to add that I had a few companies come out and give me quotes for a furnace install and Tony with Rolf Griffin was the only one who made any mention of whoever had installed the AC in my crawlspace had cut a support joist during the install and that I would also need to get that fixed. No one else also had mentioned this or the fact my crawlspace access needed to be enlarged prior to this install so the fact he gave me all that extra information and made me feel like he actually did a complete assessment prior to giving me the quote was honestly one of the deciding factors on why I ended up going with this company for my install int he first place.

The Drain Doctors did an amazing job helping clear one of our sewer lines at work. They were able to diagnose where the issue was and then show me with a camera. Once they cleared the line, they showed me video of our clean sewer line from the main tee to the clean out. This is the first time in 15 years that someone has been able to show me the issue, as well as the resolution. I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They explained everything along the way and were very thorough. They are definitely my new contractor of choice!!

I managed to clog my kitchen sink/garbage disposal and Chad was able to work me in his schedule while he was in my area so it was fixed the next morning. He's honest, professional and friendly. Mr. Rudy and Justin came out in the cold and snow to install a subpanel in my shed. They did absolutely AMAZING. Mr. Rudy explained everything he did. I WILL be requesting both of these 2 for any electrical work I may need in the future
