John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

I highly recommend Northside Plumbing, had a pipe near my sub pump that came loose from the clamp, water was gushing upward non stop.Had heavy rains today so pipe took its toll. Called & a tech was there in minutes, helped he was already in the area. All was fixed in a timely manner. My basement would have flooded if I would’ve had to wait hrs. before Northside Plumbing came to the rescue. Mark was my tech & very professional! I would give 100 stars if review aloud me to. Going to have more non emergency work done in near future.

We recently installed a water softener that was not producing soft water right away. I was skeptical on which company to call but once I read the reviews on Hattersley I immediately called. Mark came out the next day to check the connections and test the water. Mark is very personable, professional and explained what was going on in layman's terms which is important to me since I don't know a lot about water softeners and plumbing. I would highly recommend Hattersley! We will definitely be calling to get a quote on our next project.

They were very courteous and willing to work what's best for the customer versus what fits in their schedule. They were open to any questions or concerns and even gave good suggestions for other issues I had in the house and how to maintain my system.

Steven B. did a great job in correcting an error that was made from a previous trip made by Korte service techs. On 3/9 I had called, asking for service to replace what sounded like a bad blower motor in my heat pump system's heat exchanger. The 2 techs did a good job of replacing the motor, (neat and courteous), but I noticed that over the next few days our home seemed cooler than usual. At first I attributed the cool feeling to my having shut down our wood burner the same day the Korte techs were here, but the center of our home seemed fairly warm, while the end rooms seemed abnormally cool. (The heat exchanger is in the center of our home in the basement.) After raising the temperature of the thermostat for a couple of days, I started investigating. The high and low pressure lines seemed abnormally hot; the cold air return had very little air flow and the registers had very little air flow. When I pulled the filter from the cold air return duct and dropped talcum powder into it, the powder fell to the floor - very little air movement. I pulled the front off of the heat exchanger and noted the fan motor rotation. It was rotating backwards. I then called Korte and was promised that a tech would be dispatched as soon as available, Steve arrived within an hour, verified that the motor had been installed incorrectly, re-positioned the motor jumpers and we had much improved air flow and much improved, even home heating. The compressor had sounded like it was short cycling - on 5 minute, off 5 minutes - and laboring prior to that, and that has gone back to normal, as well as more normal high and low pressure line temperatures. Thanks to Steve - he seems like a very knowledgeable tech. I'm just disappointed that something as simple as a motor changeout caused as much trouble as it did - and hope that it didn't do any damage to my heat pump's compressor - it's rather old, but has functioned well so far. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
