Best Sewer System in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

1st time using this company. Called at 8:00pm and they were out at 9:00am the next morning. The guy was super nice and gave tips on if our issue happened again. I would definitely be using them again.

Name is very very deceiving. Despite having heating in their name they do not service furnaces

I always get great service with Merz’s!! I live a few houses away from them. And I called them about my water heater. And they were at my home in an hour and put in a new water heater and I had hot water in less then two hour. This isn’t the first time. I’ve had a furnace put in too! I’m very happy with them ! I called and got their residential field foreman Mark out for a bid on a job recently and he was great. Very responsive, respectful, informative, and professional. He really cares about the customer and his work. While I didn't end up going with Hattersley for the job this time, I will certainly be contacting Mark for future work I have planned in the near future.

It took three days and three different machines to finally unclog the drain. Professional service and persistence to get the job done correctly. Many thanks. However it plugged up again 32 days later and 30 day warranty had expired. A new service call at regular rates was the only option after 800$ spent 32 days ago. Did not have the money to pay for another service call so looking for another company.

ANNUAL AIR CONDITIONING CHECK-UP - Last year the service technician from Home Comfort came out to service my AC (I have the AC and furnace serviced yearly). That service call resulted in extensive damage and flooding in the living room area in my basement because the guy forgot to turn off the faucet on the side of the house. Home Comfort was gracious in cleaning up that mess and I am most grateful to them for doing that. This year (2023) a different service technician from Home Comfort came out again to service my AC. Not only did he not use the faucet I specifically asked him to use when cleaning the AC unit but he somehow ended up flooding my laundry room. To his credit he got rid of most of the water but unfortunately my sister and I had to do more mopping in the laundry room and at the base of the steps, had to wash the floor and take the runners and rug to the laundromat. VERY, VERY disappointed. I'm not sure what the problem is in servicing an air conditioner because there was no issue when they serviced the furnace.

Drain Doc LLC gets the job done rite, they were very professional, and the quality of work was great, and they even clean up afterwards!

All in all it was a comfortable experience with no unexpected issues and carried out very professionally.

I am so appreciative that Affordable Sewer & Plumbing Answer my panick call on our croggled sewer line on Sunday evening.10/27/19 .The crew arrived around 8 pm looking tired from a long day but made sure my emergency was taking care of. To me take that was great service! . Early I had been turned down by three other companies ( one I had a service agreement with ) We take for granted when we shower, wash clothes, use the toliet until the system stops working. )I thank the Affordable Sewer & Plumbing staff so much . I requested that I be placed in a annually cleaning going forward.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
