John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

The two young men came to install a new toilet for us and remove the old one. They did their job quickly and efficiently without any mess all the time while our two great grandchildren talked to them. Very personable to have them. Excellent professionalism and kind staff

I've utilized Gene's several times since moving into a rather old home in North Highlands in 2013. EVERY time, they have been friendly, professional and informative. They even fixed a problem that another plumber (that I had to use because of a homeowner's contract that the previous owner had purchased when he sold the house)! In fact, I am calling Gene's this morning because I had a brain fart and put chicken and noodles down my disposal, something I was told not to do the last time I clogged my drain! The Drain Doctors did an amazing job helping clear one of our sewer lines at work. They were able to diagnose where the issue was and then show me with a camera. Once they cleared the line, they showed me video of our clean sewer line from the main tee to the clean out. This is the first time in 15 years that someone has been able to show me the issue, as well as the resolution. I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They explained everything along the way and were very thorough. They are definitely my new contractor of choice!!

I have used Plumbing Services several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied. I managed to clog my kitchen sink/garbage disposal and Chad was able to work me in his schedule while he was in my area so it was fixed the next morning. He's honest, professional and friendly.
