Do not go with these plumbers. I repeat, stay away from this business. I have called many plumbers in my day, but these guys take the cake. They will show up late. They will raise their price. They will lie. They will break your pipes. I am calling the BBC after I leave this comment. ugh

Make sure you ask for an estimate BEFORE you use him. It was a simple job--a slow toilet. Obviously something was slowing passage of water. It took 2 seconds to do the job. He used a mini-snake, and with the first try, he unstopped the toilet. Whole visit, maybe four minutes. Charged $75, but I believe $35 would have been fair, in my opinion. I remember he asked me if I was the owner of my building. Perhaps he thought Charge her more; she can write it off as a rental expense.
