Shakir was exceptional in all areas. Knowledgeable and detailed. He has good customer work and kept me ( the customer) in loop along the way. He took his time and explained everything far as maintenance, warranty and other great things to know. I highly recommend him as your technician. Our leaking and bulging seam hot water heater needed immediate attention. contacted af 9:30. Guys came by 11:15 and new hot water tank is up and running by 12:15. Best work I have ever received from any contractor in any field. 5 stars are not enough!

Anchor Air which is Arthur, Jacob, Rudy and his brother are great. They came to my house and got me taken care of ASAP. They’re out there in 105 degree temp busting their butts getting my system installed. I not only recommend them to anyone, I’m in the Real Estate business and have already got them more customers. You can’t find good people to do good work, but these people deny the odds. By the way, after getting my system installed, I got a call from one of the big box stores that I asked for a quote. The callback was 1 week later after I got my system installed.

Called Pronto Plumbing to get an estimate on an emergency plumbing job. Another plumber was at the house looking at theleak. Pronto drove by. We thought they would come back when the other plumber was gone but they never did. When we called the office, we were told we already had another plumber and they would not be coming back out. The receptionist was very rude and did not offer to reschedule. I told her the company had very poor customer service and that I would be sure to write about this experience in a review so here it is.
