Best New Installations in El Paso TX

Replaced the heating element in my dryer. When I called them to tell them the dryer wouldn’t turn on they never came back out, never returned my calls after numerous voicemails. My wife called several times never received a call back. Paid $180 for nothing since they are never fixed the dryer. Very disappointed I had heard good things about this company.

Robert (tech), Sonia & Jasmine (office) are amazing!!!! My rental currently has a swamp cooler and Barrett has repaired/rebuilt it for me. It's better than ever and when it's time I'll go with Barrett for my refrigerated air. They are professional, loyal to their clients and fair! If you hire them they are on your side 100%!!!! Made an appointment in the morning and had a tech out to check my AC the same afternoon. Diagnosis was quick and they were able to repair my unit within a few hours. Tech was knowledgeable and walked me through the issue and repairs. I just recently purchased my home and the tech was helpful enough to give me an idea of how old the units were. Probly will use them for regular maintenance as well.

The owner of this company is very unprofessional. Not only did he not know what he was talking about, but he wasted my time. I have no plumber experience, but once he left I was able to temporarily fix my water heater. Stay away from this company unless you want to be cussed out the way I was.
