Be careful with them. Called EP Appliance on Jan 25 to come out and diagnose why my washer was leaving clothes still soaking wet after all the cycles had completed. They told me it was the board so I paid them in advance to order the board. Part took over 4 weeks to arrive. They came back the 2nd weekend in March to replace the board and found out immediately that this was not the cause of the problem. They took the new board out and told me they would return later that day with my refund. Never came back. Now 5 weeks later still no refund.

Called to have 3 old faucets removed and replaced with new faucets. The 4th faucet needed to be checked for a leak. Work was scheduled the next day by Erika Rodela and was very courteous and professional. She scheduled for the following day, gave me a time frame and the next day plumber Tommy Rodela and co-plumber arrived within that timeframe. The work was done in a timely manner, very professional, did not feel that I was being charged for unnecessary work, left to get parts needed, and charged reasonably for the work. They followed CDC guidelines which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Once my issue was found they quickly got my motor replaced, prompt response and my part was covered under warranty which saved me major bucks.Courteous and professional service.

The price was fair for the labor, equipment, and materials that were used on my home. Their technicians explained the process and were very understanding of my many questions, they did not leave until they fixed an unrelated low volume issue that they noticed. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I recently had a tank-less water heater replaced with a brand new one from this company. The two gentlemen that did the install were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The owner of the company stopped by to check on the two plumbers about half way through the job. He went over what they had done as well as advising them of what they needed to do to ensure the job is done properly. I appreciated the owner making sure his employees were doing the job to his standard, which they were. The owner takes a lot of pride in his company and is very professional. The old system I had wasn't even up to code since it was so old, but with this new water heater, all my piping and tubing were completely overhauled to meet code requirements and was done very well. As for the end result, the hot water is great and works better than it ever has. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely call this company to do any work needed. This company offered me a one year warranty on all labor and parts. The owner stated he stands behind his work and knows the job is always done right. First time calling Fabian. Came highly recommended. Did not disappoint. He does excellent work and I was grateful that he caught something unsafe in my furnace that other plumbers had not and fixed it right there and then. I recommend Fabian to anyone who needs a heater or ac start up.
