Had a issue with a leaking refrigerator and had some general questions about a new house. I got a call 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to notify me someone was on the way. The plumber Ivan was excellent. They found, inspected, and recommended a needle shut off valve installation. He also checked the water pressure of the house and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend their services.

Called to set up an appointment. Was given a date, time and a quote. No one showed up, no one called to reschedule or cancel. I called back and then was told that someone could go out and take care of it. That’s not how you do business. You set up the appointment, you show up and do what you would’ve been paid to do. Very unprofessional, lack of customer service and communication.

These plumbers ruined my entire spring break. They are rude. They literally argued with me and don't take ownership for their mistakes. If they tell you 12PM, you better cancel all your plans, because they are always late. They need to be reported!
