Mark came out to repair a leaking toilet connected to a pipe that is set in a concrete floor. The old flange was cracked. The pipe was surrounded by concrete such that a new flange would not fit properly (and the old one was probably never installed properly). Instead of making the problem worse, Mark suggested that he consult with Chris and other colleagues and come back. By the second visit, the fix was complete!

We are very happy with the outcome and that they did so with minimal damage to the concrete (just chiseled around the pipe to make it mate with the new flange). What was cut out did not show once the toilet was set into position thus saving us further hassle had the hole been bigger.

Mark described the problem to us and possible solutions with this more tricky situation (and potential problems that might be encountered along the way). Because of the Mark's excellent communication, we were kept informed, had no surprises and were confident in the solution. It is nice to have the toilet fixed properly. They were on time for the visits. The rates are on par with other plumbers in the area.

I recently had RDU Plumbing replace an aging water heater. Brian was terrific to work with. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received, and when the job was more labor intensive than originally anticipated, he stuck with the price he had quoted for the job. I attempted to call a few plumbers before reaching Lane plumbing in the listings. The first few did not answer the phone mid day. When I got to Lane plumbing the phone was answered, which showed me they actually wanted business. I asked if my job was considered too small and if they did residential work. It was explained that my request could be accommodated and an approximate cost was given. I was also asked for photos so that we could be sure we were on the same page and the plumbers could be sure to be prepared. I was told that the work could be scheduled the same day or the next since it was already close to noon. I received a call within an hour or two stating that the job could be scheduled the same day and they could arrive in about an hour. They arrived right at an hour later and once I showed them the issue and gave a little more information on possible access points, they went right to work and before I knew it they were done, very quick work. The price came in as quoted and the work was efficient and great workmanship. I would recommend Lane Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I am a DIYer but definitely think this job was worth paying for.

I loved my old school HVAC guy but he retired and I dreaded finding another one as thorough and honest as he was…but I think I nailed it! Streamline did a fantastic job! My A/C went out and they responded quickly with 5 star service! Jon Varela was my service technician and he had me up and running in no time. My A/C is old and he gave me honest and thoughtful recommendations, with pictures of the wear and tear so I could make an informed decision. He even went as far as to help me schedule an appointment for pricing on a new unit AND scheduling for one of their plumbers to come out for a completely unrelated issue. Best customer service that I’ve had in quite some time! Thanks guys!

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.

Great technician. He came after 2 hours of me calling in the morning. Listened to all the things I had attempted and found the problem in 20 minutes. He was very professional and gave plenty of good advice on how to make sure the system would run efficiently.
