I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Ty was professional and courteous when he arrived. He wore all the appropriate protective gear to keep my 88 year old grandmother safe and listened attentively while I explained the situation with our baseboard heat. Not only did he fix the issue, he also re-mounted the heater to the wall.

Used these guys to replace our old water heater with a tankless system. They did an awesome job at a sensible price. Our garage was tidier when they left, too! We now use them for all our plumbing, electrical and A/C needs. Friendly, helpful staff every time.

A1 Electrical did a wonderful job on the electrical work for the renovation of our community kitchen. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

Allen and his assistant did a wonderful job installing our new hvac unit. They were very respectful of me, my husband and our home. Everyone we have had contact with have been great. Looking forward to many years of good service .

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Piedmont Metro installed my dad’s downstairs unit 2 years ago and replaced the upstairs unit recently. Both times, they have been professional, knowledgeable, on time, and offered fantastic customer service. Recently, I’ve had to call them out a few times to make a few tweaks and they came out right away every time. Morgan, Thomas, and the entire Piedmont Metro group are doing fantastic work in this 100 degree heat! Thank you all! 5 stars all the way around!

In our 40+ years of home ownership we've been fortunate to have a few excellent plumbers. Wallace Chambers came recommended by a neighbor as among the best, and we've happily discovered that to be true. A&A Plumbing is among the most competent, reliable, and experienced in the Triangle, and we are delighted with his services.

These guys are amazing! Just found out today from our HVAC guy that we had a couple leaks in our crawl space. Called the main line and Daniel was at the house within an hour. He was thorough, courteous, and answered all my questions. He emailed us before and after pictures from the repair, and recommended a couple companies who might assist with some possible structural damage. Bizzy Bee was a recommendation from a trusted friend...and I can see why she's used them for the last decade. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Daniel!!!
