Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Daniel and Ty were on time and very helpful. They found and repaired our leak as well as showed my husband a few things about our water shut off. They were in and out within an hour and we were very impressed with the entire process. We'd recommend using the company and will definitely be giving them a call again if we ever need a plumber.

The team, Eddie and Chris, came to repair drain lines under the house and to replace my under the sink pipes that were cracked and leaking. They came with a good attitude, explained everything to me, showed me the work completed and were polite and professional throughout. When it became clear that reaching the drain lines under the house was not possible given the narrowness of my crawlspace, they suggested a solution that would allow this repair in the future. When they left, everything was completed to my satisfaction and everything was in good working order. Definitely recommend.

I have had over 5 technicians come around, but Mark E Haugle was different! He was able to rectify the issue without a tool! I hope it stays that way!

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

Josh is wonderful to work with. He’s kind, considerate, timely, and easy to communicate with. He replaced both of my bathroom sink faucets, put in new water lines and also diagnosed an issue with my toilet and fixed that as well. I won’t have to hear water running and dripping in my bathroom anymore and I’m grateful. Whenever I decide to do bathroom upgrades he’ll be the plumbing professional that I call!

This company can not be trusted at all. We booked an appointment for emergency helium testing due to water leak for after hours on Friday and scheduled it two days ahead. There was absolutely no communication at all and at the appointment time we tried to reach them as they advertise 24 hours on their website, we were transferred to an emergency technician who sounded like he just woke up and had no clue to what needs to be done. He could not reach to any one in management and gave an excuse that they did not provided him any emergency numbers. Keep off this company as it is most likely that they will let you down. Because of their mistake it costed us $1200 cause we had other crew waiting for them and had to pay for it. I would recommend to keep off from calling them.

Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
