Sam and Josh did a great job at a reasonable price. They were prompt, efficient and courteteous.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Ben and CW installed a Rinnai tankless water heater last month and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process from getting the estimate to installation. We had a 20+ year-old water heater that was limping along and for not much more than a 50-gallon tank, we opted to go with a Rinnai tankless system. Full Stack did not try to oversell me on which tankless model to go with, rather they understood my needs and recommended the middle of the road model. Ben and CW showed up on-time and in a couple of hours we had a brand new tankless water heater. They were quick and efficient, left the garage cleaner than when they arrived, and did not leave until they had sufficiently tested the system to make sure there were no problems. We now have unlimited on-demand hot water. No more waiting for the hot water to heat up after a couple of showers. I can't thank the team at Full-Stack Plumbing for the great work that they do. They have earned all of my future plumbing business. Thank you Full-Stack!

I called on a Monday morning because we had started having this knocking and shaking every time we flush the toilet, or used the washing machine. They actually answered the phone! The lead plumber was able to troubleshoot and even give a range estimate over the phone and send someone out to solve our issue that very day! Everything is running fine, it cost what they said it would (on the low end), So grateful! Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!!

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are fast, reliable, knowledge and friendly and will save you thousands of dollars. First, they came out at 10pm on a long/holiday weekend because we had a sewage backup and it was leaking out of the ceiling. It was a nightmare for us and they stayed until 2am until the issue was stopped and provided us next steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They also helped us with a leaky sink while we were under contract for a house. It was a time sensitive issue and they came quickly, resolved it and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other issues to fix, which would prevent any future damage.

Streamline serviced my house and did a great job. Mitch was excellent and walked me through the process and options. I'm very happy with his work!

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

Josh is wonderful to work with. He’s kind, considerate, timely, and easy to communicate with. He replaced both of my bathroom sink faucets, put in new water lines and also diagnosed an issue with my toilet and fixed that as well. I won’t have to hear water running and dripping in my bathroom anymore and I’m grateful. Whenever I decide to do bathroom upgrades he’ll be the plumbing professional that I call!

Great Job, From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident, and I was highly satisfied with their service. Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
