I saw excellent reviews about David on Next Door and called him to fix a leaky faucet. He came to my home that night a fixed it quickly at a minimum charge. I recently needed to exchange a bath and shower with a new walk-in shower without having to pay for an expensive re modeling job. He came by the week I called, took measurements, and had the job done by the next week. The shower is just what I wanted. He was always courteous and knows plumbing. I trust him to get the job done right and confidently recommend him.

Nate and his helper (whose name I've forgotten) were polite, tidy, professional and friendly. They did a great job installing our new water heater, including dealing with some special requirements we threw at them. I was particularly pleased by the fact that they showed no displeasure when I asked them to mask up inside our house - very different from other tradesmen, who roll their eyes and groan and otherwise let you know they think you're stupid. After years of searching, I have finally found a plumber I can welcome into my home with confidence.

PlumbServe did excellent work. They quickly identified the problem without having to cut a lot of drywall and repaired it. The technician that did the job, Shawn, explained everything he was doing and the pricing for the work clearly. He was very professional and put us at ease, as we were first time PlumbServe customers.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Ben was great. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He was very friendly as well.

I chose Bull City Plumbing due to their positive reviews, and boy am I glad! Kenny came out very quickly to check out my water heater and determined that my thermostats were shot. He came prepared with everything he needed and replaced both thermostats right away. Just as a precaution, he pulled the top heat element out so we could inspect it and it looks like new, so we decided to leave that alone. I am very happy with how fast the work was done, how I was treated and how fair the price was. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone!

Brian provides great service! I have used him twice now. He is very nice, does great work fast, and very responsive to communication. He is prompt and will give notice as soon as he can should unpredictable delays come up. This is big for me as many will just leave you waiting and wondering why they are late or if they'll show up at all. Thanks, Brian!

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

Jacob arrived right on time and explained that he would be driving 2 aluminum rods into the ground near our electrical meter and connecting them to the meter. About 30 minutes later, he was finished and showed me where the rods were and the bare copper wire to the meter box. He said the installation was now compliant with code and the rods had an active service life of 15 years or so, before they would need to be replaced again. He asked if I was interested in the family plan for regular maintenance, but I declined.as I don't feel we would use it enough. He then entered my credit card info into his iPad and emailed the receipt along with pictures of the installation. It then began to sprinkle, so we said our goodbyes and he was on his way to his next job. I am very satisfied with his work.

Great plumbing company and great staff

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
