I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!
