Daniel and Mr. Jerry did a fantastic job replacing an old shower valve. They got it done same day as soon as I called. Mr. Lane the owner even called me after the job was completed and talked to me to make sure job was completed to my satisfaction. Lane plumbing is a must and I highly recommend the work they did.

Hutch and his team are the best in the business! We had major outdoor plumbing issues and needed our entire mainline replaced and regraded. They were open and honest on the work that needed to be done and gave a fair and reasonable quote. The work was excellent and done in a day! I highly recommend this team!

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Polite, professional and efficient. They fixed a toilet whose parts had rusted and were about to fall apart. Works like a charm now.

Not particularly impressed, called and left a message during the week and a day later, still no return call. Had to track them down via FB and got an appt for the next day between 2 and 4 pm, said they would call 30 mins before arriving. 4 pm comes and goes, no call. Message them *again* on FB and am promised someone will contact me. Takes ANOTHER 45 mins to get a call, this time saying they will be there at 6 pm. Finally show up at 6:45 pm. I understand that jobs can run long but there is no excuse for inconveniencing a customer by not communicating to them that you will be late so they are not sitting around all day waiting for you to show up. But it doesn't end there. This was a simple job of replacing an exterior hose faucet. But when I went to use it the next day I found it was leaking around the fixture and had to call them out AGAIN to correctly adjust it. While there to fix it, they noticed I was having my water heater replaced and asked why I didn't get a quote from them. Seriously?? They messed up installing a simple faucet and I'm going to have them put in water heater? Yeah, I don't think so.

Reagan and his team performed quality work and did all that they promised. Crew size was ample and team works well together.My unit was located at the upper floor with many steps and a big hill—none complained. Lastly, my floors were covered and they left all areas clean.

Sparrow Plumbing is an excellent company. They came over and put in a new mixing valve and trim package on my existing shower. They also did the rough in work (new water lines etc.) for a new shower. Regarding the later, they had to get a bit creative to fit it all in. These folks are fair, honest and do excellent work. Mr. Sparrow will come over and give you an estimate in advance. They have my highest recommendation.

Acme seems to really have their act together on all fronts -- from how the tech handled customer interaction to the IT aspects (email and texts, the GPS tracker-link that came with the message saying our tech was en route, the electronic receipt which included a breakdown of what was done and all the things I'd finger-signed on the tech's tablet...) to knowing what equipment was needed, understanding the chemistry of what was happening in the pipes, and being able to quote a precise figure before starting work. I was, in fact, impressed.
